La relación de una Bióloga y un Sargento se ve afectada después de la desaparición del marido en una misión secreta que poco se sabe, llevando un año sin verlo, la doctora Lena se rinde considerando que murió en batalla. Hasta que un día aparece de la nada en su casa, sin hablar, sin reaccionar, teniendo una reacción extraña con el agua, haciéndolo vomitar sangre. A partir de aquí Lena se entera de la misión secreta, y esta decidida a participar para saber como salvar a su marido.

En busca de que ver me encuentro con Aniquilación, una película que tiene en grande el nombre de Natalie Portman, como una forma de llamar la atención de las personas que conocen su trabajo o que al menos la conocen a ella, cayendo en la trampa del diseño de portada me vi esta película de una hora y cincuenta minutos de duración que se encuentra en la plataforma de Netflix como un exclusivo.
La película me hizo recordar a una película de Jake Gyllenhaal donde esta en el espacio, no recuerdo bien el nombre, me llega el nombre de The Cloverfield Paradox pero estoy seguro que esa no es, en fin, la película tiene ese sentimiento de que todo saldrá mal al final del día, sin ningún final feliz, al menos ese sentimiento me lo hizo llegar. Aunque te pueden mostrar que es así te mantiene la incógnita de no saber como es posible que llegue a ese punto ¿Qué pasara de verdad? es lo que más ronda por la mente del espectador.
Me gustaron los diseños y la idea de las cosas que hubieron en la Zona X, los animales mutados, el ambiente cambiado, me fuese gustado ver más animales para ser honesto pero creo que no contaban con tanto presupuesto o buen equipo de trabajo, porque en una escena donde consiguen el cadáver de un militar el cuerpo se ve demasiado plástico, la piel no parece tener textura más que lisa, además de ser brillante y viéndose dura.
Las protagonistas son un grupo de mujeres especializadas, es algo diferente de ver sin lugar a dudas, no hay ningún cliché respecto a lo que "Hacen las mujeres" en esta película, el miedo y la paranoia es verdadero, sin ser exagerado solo porque son mujeres. Los personajes fueron bien elaborados, eso es gracias a la actriz que la interpreta, al escritor/a que hizo al personaje así y al director por ser fiel al trabajo original.
Al parecer esta película es basada en una trilogia de libros, donde la ciencia ficción no sobra y la imaginación no escasea. Es una producción que tomo Netflix hace un tiempo porque algunas compañías no querían estrenarlas en cines, al parecer fue un éxito y no es para menos, la película es entretenida, con un mundo nuevo de catástrofe que no termina de concluir, con un villano invisible que te hace temer, es realmente entretenida así que sin duda alguna, la recomiendo.
In search of what to see, I come across Annihilation, a movie that has the name of Natalie Portman in a big way, as a way to attract the attention of people who know her work or who at least know her, falling into the trap of Cover design I saw this one hour and fifty minute long movie found on the Netflix platform as an exclusive.
The movie reminded me of a Jake Gyllenhaal movie where he is in space, I don't remember the name well, I get the name of The Cloverfield Paradox but I'm sure that's not it, well, the movie has that feeling that everything It will go wrong at the end of the day, with no happy ending, at least that feeling got through to me. Although they can show you that it is so, it keeps you with the unknown of not knowing how it is possible to get to that point. What will really happen? It is what most haunts the mind of the viewer.
I liked the designs and the idea of the things that were in Zone X, the mutated animals, the changed environment, I would like to see more animals to be honest but I think they did not have that much budget or good work team, because in a scene where they get the corpse of a soldier, the body looks too plastic, the skin does not seem to have more than smooth texture, in addition to being shiny and looking hard.
The protagonists are a group of specialized women, it is something different to see without a doubt, there is no cliché regarding what "women do" in this movie, fear and paranoia is true, without being exaggerated just because they are women. The characters were well crafted, that's thanks to the actress who plays them, the writer who made the character like that, and the director for being faithful to the original work.
Apparently this film is based on a trilogy of books, where science fiction is not superfluous and there is no shortage of imagination. It is a production that Netflix took a while ago because some companies did not want to release them in theaters, apparently it was a success and it is not for less, the film is entertaining, with a new world of catastrophe that does not end, with an invisible villain that makes you fear, it is really entertaining so without a doubt, I recommend it.
